Health coaches don't prescribe specific meal or exercise plans like nutritionists, registered dietitians, or personal trainers. Instead, we collaborate to tailor an approach that suits you. The process involves steps such as identifying what you may already know, sharing relevant information, brainstorming ideas, and constructing a personalized plan. The objective is to enhance your self-efficacy so that, over time, you can independently set and achieve your health goals.

Our coaching interactions are confidential, providing a judgment-free space. It's crucial to note that I am not a licensed doctor or dietitian; any provided content is educational and should be reviewed with your healthcare provider if necessary.
